Profiles carry the family, education, occupation and horoscope details a family will ask about, and a biodata you can share with relatives in one link. Porutham is scored out of 12, criterion by criterion, so nobody has to take a single number on faith.

Privacy-first

Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. They are revealed only to a member whose contact request you personally approve. Photos are never publicly accessible — visitors who are not logged in see only a heavily blurred preview. Religion and caste are used solely to run the matching filters you choose, and are never sold or used for advertising. You can export or delete everything we hold from Account → Privacy.

Every profile reviewed

Every profile and every photo is checked by a person before it goes live, and mobile numbers are verified by OTP. We are not a background-check service — please still verify the important details independently and meet safely — but no profile appears here without a human having looked at it first.
