Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid memberships on Mr & Miss Matrimony. Please read it before purchasing.

What you are buying

A premium membership is a digital subscription that unlocks features (such as viewing more contact details and enhanced matching) for a fixed period. Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

Cancellation

You can stop using or cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals (if any); it does not by itself create a refund for the current period.

Refunds

• Because premium features are made available instantly and consumed digitally, memberships are generally non-refundable once activated.
• If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or your payment succeeded but premium was not activated, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the support options in the app, or the Grievance Officer listed on our Privacy Policy page, with your registered mobile/email and the payment details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve payment issues faster than a bank dispute.
