Your responsibilities

Profiles & moderation

All profiles and photos are reviewed before going live. We may edit, suspend or remove any profile or content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse the Platform.

Membership & payments

Basic registration is free. Premium membership unlocks additional features (such as viewing more contact details and enhanced matching). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.

Cancellation & refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

No guarantee of results

We provide a platform to introduce members to each other. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, receive responses, or marry. We do not verify every claim members make about themselves — please exercise your own judgement, meet safely, and verify important details independently before making any commitment.

Safety

Never send money to anyone you meet through the Platform. Report suspicious profiles using the in-app tools. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline.

Content & intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us the limited right to display it on the Platform to operate the service. The Platform's name, design and software belong to us.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension & termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or to protect other members. On deletion, data is handled per the Privacy Policy's retention rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of other members. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.

Grievances

For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer listed on the Privacy Policy page.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
