Please note that once you sign up or make a payment for a premium plan, no cancellation of the membership is permitted.

Refund Policy

As part of our service terms, we do not offer refunds for any membership.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

All billing and payment transactions for services offered through Mr. and Miss Matrimony will appear under the name KarbiZone.

There is no physical product or item involved, and therefore, no shipping is required or provided.
